On 13 March 2026, our students took to the stage for a wonderful Poetry Recital, performing pieces they had been practising in class. It was a lovely celebration of their confidence, creativity, and progress in spoken language. Our students took part in the Times Table Rock Stars โ World Rocks Competition, a 3-day global challenge where they raced against time to answer as many multiplication questions as possible! We are proud to share that our school ranked 14th out of 622 schools worldwide ๐ โ and even more impressively, 3rd internationally among all-through schools! ๐ Other highlights: Soohyeon Yoon (Year 5) achieved an outstanding ranking of 37th out of 60,672 students. Our classes also performed exceptionally well โ Year 5A placed 20th out of 5,632 classes, followed by Year 6A in 38th place and Year 5B in 44th. These remarkable achievements reflect our studentsโ dedication, focus and genuine love for learning. Our Secondary students held House meetings to celebrate the contributions of our outgoing committee members, whose dedication has greatly enriched our school community. We extend our sincere gratitude to these students for their service. During the meetings, students took part in the democratic process to nominate, vote, and select new committee members for Jupiter, Neptune, Ceres, and Mars. We are pleased to announce that these newly appointed students will officially begin their roles in Term 4 and continue through the next academic year. On 10th March 2026, we were delighted to welcome parents to our recent phonics workshop, focusing on Set 2 & 3 sounds and how phonics supports reading and writing. Parents experienced hands-on activities like Fred Talk and sentence building, just as students do in class. Our Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC) for Year 11 to Year 13 was a meaningful and productive day in our school community. The conference provided a valuable platform for parents, students, and teachers to engage in open and constructive conversations about academic progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. These discussions play a vital role in supporting our students as they prepare for their IGCSE and A-Level examinations.
