Our Year 7 and Year 8 English First Language students had a fantastic time at an interactive workshop with Dr Thomas Roebuck from the University of East Anglia, โ€œDo We Still Need Human Storytellers? Storytelling in the Age of AI.โ€ Dr Thomas showed students how he uses AI to generate different picture and writing prompts, sparking lively discussions about creativity and the future of AI and writing. Our Invictus English Camp 2026 wrapped up beautifully! At the start of January before Term 3, we had our English Camp where students joined in to take part in a variety of activities. The children enjoyed singing, crafting, exploring shapes and colours, doing scavenger hunts, learning about healthy habits, playing sports and movement games, speaking English confidently, and working together as a team.
