Ms. Aysha started teaching in 2009. Ms. Aysha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the UK. She has further developed her teaching skills by completing Cambridge courses in Teaching and Learning at Cambridge University.

Before joining Invictus, she gained valuable experience at two other international schools in Johor Bahru. These experiences provided her with numerous opportunities to work closely with primary students. Notably, she also worked as part of the leadership team at her previous school for two years, focusing on implementing, monitoring, and achieving the school's priorities and targets.

Aysha firmly believes in the power of active learning coupled with an element of fun to enhance the effectiveness of lessons. She brings a wealth of experience in working with children across various age groups and takes great pleasure in supporting her students as they explore their curiosities through an inquiry-based approach. During her free time, she loves baking, enjoying nature, and watching movies with her two children.
