The Curriculum at Invictus International School

Early Years At Invictus International School

The Early Years forms part of the Primary School at Invictus International School and caters for students between 3 and 5 years of age. The Early Years has its own purpose built classrooms with additional safe play areas for the children to play.

At the Early Years  we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework for England. This framework enables children to learn new skills, acquire new knowledge and demonstrate their understanding through playing and exploring, active learning and creating and thinking critically.

The Primary School Section at Invictus International School

The Primary School is a welcoming and vibrant environment in which all students are encouraged to reach their full potential. The Primary School caters for children from ages 3 to 11 years old and is divided into the following sections:

The Secondary School Section at Invictus International School

The Secondary School programme is a natural progression from the Primary School and is based on the Cambridge International Curriculum.

The essence of the Key Stage 4 curriculum is the balance between a curriculum that offers breadth and that of student choice. We firmly believe in encouraging all to follow their passions and that enjoyment of a subject fosters success.
Students in the Sixth Form follow an academic programme based on the AS and A-Level syllabuses from Cambridge International Examinations. A-Levels qualifications  are highly valued by universities and employers around the world. The A-Levels we offer give students the best preparation for their future and offer a wide subject choice.

The Secondary Phase is broken into the following phases:

  • Key Stage 3 Cambridge Lower Secondary programme. Years 7 to 9 ages 11 to 14
  • Key Stage 4  IGCSE Cambridge International Years 10 to 11 ages 14 to 16
  • Sixth Form [ Key Stage 5] Cambridge A Levels ages 16 to 18
