Student Wellbeing

At Invictus we promote positive mental health and wellbeing for our whole school community (students, and staff]. We recognise how important mental health and emotional wellbeing is in enabling our young learners to fulfil their potential and take a whole school approach to positive mental health and wellbeing.

Counselling & Wellbeing Service

Invictus International School provides a dedicated Counsellor for all students across the school. We have Pastoral and Safeguarding staff who can offer guidance and support to our students through appointments and drop-in sessions. We also hold parent coffee mornings and training sessions on a variety of relevant areas of wellbeing.

English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support

Invictues provides language support to those students who do not have English as a first language to help develop English competency and proficiency through our EAL programme. These include dedicated small group lessons with our EAL specialists. As students grow their English proficiency they are able to access the mainstream curriculum.

School Health Service

The school provides students with a medical centre staffed by a full time qualified Nurse who has access to a number of healthcare professionals based at our local Hospitals . Students can access the medical centre at any time throughout the school day for any medical needs.
