Ms. Monicah hails from Nairobi, Kenya, and she has been an international educator since 2008. With over a decade of experience in international education, she has taught in diverse cultural settings, including Kenya, Nigeria, Oman, and Malaysia. These varied experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of the essential aspects of children's development.

Her educational philosophy is centered on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment in which young minds can flourish. She is deeply passionate about early childhood development and firmly believes that every child has the potential to excel when given a caring and supportive foundation.

Her commitment to children's growth extends far beyond the classroom. She is dedicated to not only their academic development but also their personal growth and well-being. She believes in creating a holistic learning experience that goes beyond textbooks and traditional teaching methods, nurturing children to become confident, responsible, and empathetic individuals.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Studies from Dundee University, UK, and a TEFL Diploma from Serious Teachers International Alliance, Canada. Additionally, she has received specialized training in understanding and supporting children with Autism and Dyslexia, ensuring that she can meet the unique needs of every child.

During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, cooking, and reading.

She is thrilled to be a part of the early years team at Invictus International School (Horizon Hills) Malaysia and looks forward to contributing her expertise and passion to help every child on their educational journey.
