Since graduating from the University of Melbourne, Australia, Jonathan has taught Mathematics in various schools and curriculums in Malaysia, the United Kingdom and China.

He has taught Mathematics, Further Mathematics (International Advanced Levels), and Advanced Placement Calculus AB/BC. He pioneered and ran a weekly reading programme for high achievers, assisting learners to master skills and techniques in Mathematics that will be functional to their individual field of study. This programme resulted in two successful University of Cambridge admissions (Mathematics & Natural Sciences) and one University of Oxford admission (Earth Science) in 2021.

Jonathan is deeply passionate about football and is a Football Association of Malaysia certified grassroots coach. He has represented University of Melbourne in football, basketball, and rugby. YNWA.
