Safoura has a BA in graphic design and began teaching in Iran before moving to Malaysia. In addition to teaching, she is always interested in understanding people around her, particularly children, and thus practices art therapy. She also holds a PGDT from OUM and a Professional Certificate in Art Therapy from The International Psychology Centre, Malaysia.
